Total Group Bonus Volume (TGBV)
As you become more active as an Independent Representative, you may begin enrolling and/or sponsoring other new Independent Representatives, and they others, and so on, thereby creating a downline sales organization. Each active Independent Representative in your downline will also begin to accrue Personal Bonus Volume (PBV). The total of your PBV, and all of the PBV of everyone in your downline, regardless of how far down it goes, is added up to determine your Total Group Bonus Volume (TGBV). This TGBV is used as a qualification standard and to calculate certain bonuses in other phases of the Compensation Plan.

Management Bonuses
The “Management Phase” of the YouthFlow Compensation Program is designed to reward you for continuing to build your retail business and for building and supporting your sales team. The program provides Management Bonuses based upon the Personal Bonus Volume (PBV) of up to five (5) qualified levels of Independent Representatives in your downline group. As your downline group and Total Group Bonus Volume increases, you become eligible to advance in “rank”, and correspondingly, the number of levels in your downline group that you can receive bonuses from also increases.


Independent Representative
As a new enrollee with the rank of Independent Representative, you are immediately qualified to enroll and/or sponsor others, and begin building your downline Sales Group. Accordingly, you will earn:

A Management Bonus of 6% of the PBV generated by every Independent Representative on your 1st level.
You must maintain a minimum of 125 PBV or 100 PBV on Autoship per monthly pay period in order to receive and to continue receiving these Management Bonuses.

Supervisor
You will automatically advance to the rank of Supervisor when you have created at least two (2) Active Independent Representative Legs in your downline organization. Immediately thereafter, in addition to the Level 1 Management Bonuses described above, you will begin earning:

A Management Bonus of 22% of the PBV generated by every Independent Representative on your 2nd level.
Once qualified, you must maintain a minimum of 125 PBV or 100 PBV on Autoship per monthly pay period and (2) Active Independent Representative Legs in order to continue receiving these Management Bonuses.

Manager
You will automatically advance to the rank of Manager when you have created at least three (3) Active Independent Representatives Legs in your downline organization and accumulated at least 1,000 of Total Group Bonus Volume (TGBV) during the qualifying month. Immediately thereafter, in addition to the 1st and 2nd level Management Bonuses described above, you will begin earning:

A Management Bonus of 5% of the PBV generated by every Independent Representative on your 3rd level.
Once qualified, you must maintain a minimum of 125 PBV or 100 PBV on Autoship per monthly pay period and (3) Active Independent Representative Legs in order continue receiving these Management Bonuses.

Note: Total Group Bonus Volume is all volume created downline to unlimited depth. As it pertains to Manager or higher titled people, no more than 40% Total Group Bonus Volume (TGBV) may be applied from any one Leg for the purpose of meeting this qualification.

Executive
You will automatically advance to the rank of Executive when you have created at least four (4) Active Independent Representative Legs in your downline organization and accumulated at least 5,000 of TGBV in the qualifying month. Immediately thereafter, in addition to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level Management Bonuses described above, you will begin earning:

A Management Bonus of 5% of the PBV generated by every Independent Representative on your 4th level.
Once qualified, you must maintain a minimum of 125 PBV or 100 PBV on Autoship per monthly pay period and (4) Active Independent Representative Legs and 2,500 of TGBV in order to continue receiving these Management Bonuses.

Director
You will automatically advance to the rank of Director when you have created at least five (5) Active Independent Representative Legs in your downline organization and accumulated at least 10,000 of TGBV in the qualifying month. Immediately thereafter, in addition to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th level Management Bonuses described above, you will begin earning:

A Management Bonus of 5% of the PBV generated by every Independent Representative on your 5th level.
Once qualified, you must maintain a minimum of 125 PBV or 100 PBV on Autoship per monthly pay period and (5) Active Independent Representative Legs and 5,000 of TGBV in order to continue receiving these Management Bonuses.
