Enroller
and Sponsor Relationships
As
an additional means for you to help others in your downline organization
succeed and thereby help yourself,
YouthFlow tracks two different
types of relationships among its Independent Representatives: the “enroller
relationship” and the “sponsor relationship.”
|
|
An
Enroller is an existing Independent Representative that first
explains the YouthFlow business opportunity to a potential
new Independent Representative and subsequently helps them
to enroll as an active Independent Representative. The YouthFlow
computer thereby recognizes an “enroller relationship” between
these two Independent Representatives and maintains it accordingly. |
|
|
A
Sponsor is the Independent Representative who is immediately
upline in an organization from a new or existing Independent
Representative and is generally responsible for the day-to-day
coaching, encouragement and assistance of the Independent
Representatives immediately below them. The computer system
recognizes a “sponsor
relationship” based on the placement position between
these two Independent Representatives and maintains it accordingly. |
Obviously,
the Enroller and the Sponsor of a new Independent Representative
can
be the same person, although they
do not have to be. With this
dual relationship tracking system, a person who enrolls a new Independent
Representative can elect to place the new enrollee anywhere in the
Enroller’s downline Organization under another Independent
Representative that becomes the Sponsor of the new Independent Representative.
The flexibility to enroll a new Independent Representative and place
them under someone in your downline creates several unique advantages.
Primarily, it allows you to help your downline Independent Representatives
to build their businesses, thereby building your own business. It
also allows you to recruit people across vast geographical areas,
while placing your new recruits under a well-trained person that
can support them locally.
Enroller Quick Start Bonus Qualification
An Independent Representative who purchases a Quick Start Pack prior
to the end of their first full calendar month of enrolling will automatically
be qualified to earn Enroller Quick Start Bonuses. Independent Representatives,
who choose not to purchase the Quick Start Pack, can still qualify
to receive Enroller Quick Start Bonuses beginning the first pay period
in which they have accumulated 1,000 in Personal Bonus Volume.
$100 Quick Start Bonus
Provided that you have qualified as described above, when you directly
enroll a new Independent Representative that purchases a Quick
Start Pack within their first full calendar month of enrolling,
you will receive an Enroller Quick Start Bonus of $100. In addition,
the optional Quick Start Pack will be assigned a value of 100 BV
to be credited to the new Independent Representative’s Personal
Bonus Volume for that month for bonus calculations in the compensation
plan, earning all upline qualified Independent Representatives
a bonus according to the compensation plan.
Weekly Quick Start Pay Periods
The cutoff time for bonuses that are paid weekly for all Quick Start
Bonuses is at 12:00AM Pacific Standard Time on Friday of every
week. Bonus checks evolving from orders processed during each week
and before the cutoff time will be mailed on the second Friday
following the cutoff time.
Note: In the event that you are not qualified as an Enroller, any
downline Quick Start Pack sales bonuses will compress up to the first
qualified Enroller. However, after qualifying as an Enroller, an
Independent Representative may begin qualifying for future Quick
Start Bonuses.
