Retail Sales Commissions
Independent Representatives can purchase products directly from the company at a wholesale discount of 25% off of the Suggested Retail Prices. The products may be for the personal and family use of the Independent Representative or as inventory for resale to customers developed in the normal course of business. When an Independent Representative sells products at the Suggested Retail Prices, the difference between the wholesale purchase price and the resale price in known as the commission. Even higher discounts and enhanced retail commissions are available through Case Lot purchases.

Note: An Independent Representative who purchases products at a wholesale discount of 25% off the Suggested Retail Prices actually makes a retail commission or markup of 33% when reselling the products at the Suggested Retail Price.

Preferred Customer Program
Independent Representatives may sell directly to retail customers from their own inventory or enroll the customer to purchase directly from the company under the Preferred Customer Program. A Preferred Customer enrolls for Free and can purchase any products currently offered by YouthFlow. Preferred Customers receive a discount of 10% off the Suggested Retail Prices and pay the cost of shipping to receive their products. This program relieves the Independent Representative of having to purchase or carry any inventory and deliver or ship any products.

As the direct enroller of a Preferred Customer, an Independent Representative is compensated with a direct sales commission of 15% based on the Suggested Retail Price of all orders placed by the Preferred Customer with the company. In other words, your Preferred Customers can purchase products directly from the company at a 10% discount off the Suggested Retail Prices, but your 15% commission is based on the full Suggested Retail Prices!

You will be credited with the full Bonus Volume (BV) attributable to any purchases made by Preferred Customers that you have enrolled. That is, it will be credited as Personal Bonus Volume (PBV) and as though you had made the purchases directly from the company yourself. Commissions for Preferred Customer purchases will be paid monthly.

Note: Even thought a Preferred Customer can receive higher discounts off the Suggested Retail Prices by making Case Lot purchases, the Independent Representative, who enrolled the Preferred Customer, will always be compensated with a commission of 15% based on the Suggested Retail Price of any order.
