Background The next thirty-six months were spent on research and development. The company did its due diligence and by the summer of 2003, the company was finally ready. Four months of start-up activities led into 2004 and after nine years of hard work and sustained effort, we now proudly introduce YouthFlow to you. Since the very beginning, our emphasis has been and will continue to be that the quality of our products is the primary attribute of our company. As a result of this decision, we selected the channel of multilevel or “network” marketing as the preferred method to distribute our products. This is based on our belief that the best way to educate the consumer about the importance of using premium products, which are supported by science and tested for quality and safety, is through the Independent Representatives of our company. As the marketplace becomes increasingly limited by “don’t call, don’t fax, and anti-spam regulations and lists,” it will be the business and personal relationships of our Representatives that will lead the way for YouthFlow Corporation into the new future of network marketing. YouthFlow Mission and Vision Statement YouthFlow’s mission is to provide scientifically formulated dietary supplements, homeopathic formulas, functional foods, and natural personal care products to enhance and manage health. Our vision is to improve the quality of life through our commitment to developing and marketing superior healthcare products and services supported by cutting edge technology, impeccable customer service, and rewarding compensation. YouthFlow will donate a percentage of profits to non-profit agencies that protect endangered species, preserve the environment, and provide research and treatment for diseases affecting children. Our long-term goal is the development of our own charitable foundation. We feel fortunate for the opportunity to assist many unique and worthy organizations that reflect caring and compassion with a generous policy of charitable donations and memberships. Accordingly, we have adopted a policy that directs our charitable
resources to a select group of admirable organizations that have met
our company requisite criteria. While we would like to help the many
hundreds of meritorious groups that may contact our company each year
for donations and sponsorships, we have decided that setting a policy
of specifically directed efforts will be more effective for our charitable
resources. According, we must decline solicitations for donations and/or
sponsorships, but we wish all organizations continued success in their
efforts. |
